Guys, stop lying to our people. Don't encouraging our people to leave hand to mouth. Cash is King ..........and use your cash for ownership. If you bought it through the banks ......you do not own it , the banks do .......I bought my land Cash and I do not owe anyone, I am not a slave to interest rates ........Infact I really I do not care about how high or low the interest rate. Imagine having to pay for a bond, municipality rates and still renovate the property. That's cash flow suicide, Guys buy your properties Cash. Leave your families with proper wealth for your families don't use banks to pretend you are wealthy.

Having just turned 41 and got laid off, I'm at a turning point. With 425K saved for early retirement at 50, 10K in an HSA, and a property that could sell for an extra 200K, what are my options for investing aggressively?
Not going back to work. I'm unsure whether to consolidate all my investment accounts into one. If I do, how should I handle it and what should I be aware of? I also plan to sell my property, which could bring in an extra 200K over time. Should I combine everything into one account or spread it out across different investments?

Witness you ask bad questions. And you dont follow up when needed. Learn from successful hosts and improve! Ask guests what the audience would like to know and not what you want to know.
